The Distributed Reserve System
Hey, so you know how stablecoins like Tether keep all their money in regular banks? Well, Zephyr does something way cooler - it spreads the reserve across all its users!
Here's the basic idea: You can jump in and become a reserve holder anytime by swapping your ZEPH coins for ZRS (that's the reserve coin). Pretty simple, right?
Now here's where the math comes in:
Required Reserve = Number of ZSD × $4
So for every ZSD out there, we need $4 worth of stuff in reserve. Like if there's 1,000 ZSD floating around, we need at least $4,000 in the reserve. That's what keeps ZSD stable at $1.
